Will continue spending my money at the east side restaurant, this was terrible. Always order the beef pho, this restaurant BBQ the beef so the broth tasted mostly of the charred beef. Everything was mostly bland. Our spring rolls were undercooked. East side restaurant has never disappointed us like this.

Food is pretty good, albeit a bit pricey and staff is friendly I would recommend.

I mean it's alright, if you like that kinda stuff :-p

Tried it for first time. Food was prepared instantly. Warm and fresh. We ordered Thai Pad with beef & noodle. Amount of beef & noodle was both very less. Will come back for another try. Thanks

Best Wok Box I've been to. Friendly staff and fast service. A great place to sit and read for an hour or two after having picked up a few comicbooks next door!

It's easy to find a parking spot on this place. The staff was friendly--from the beginning to the end-- and the service was fast. I've ordered a buttered chicken on a regular size but the serving was big. If you don't have a big appetite to begin with, I'd recommend ordering your meal on lunch size. The meal was hot, well-plated, and flavourful. Make it into a combo and you'll get a fountain drink and two spring rolls plus we got a red fortune cookie! There's a limited washroom space but the overall atmosphere was pretty decent.

Not very healthy options. They forgot to put the rice cooker on before the dinner rush. Not cool.

It was a great date night that actually included the drink, unlike the one in East Quance that charged us 42 for a 25 dollar deal.

Service is fast. Food is way expensive and not bad but not good either. Hong kong curry noodle tasted like Indian curry. Additional tofu was $3.29 for a lunch size meal - such a rip off!

Layout is weird. Need more room for people to stand in line and wait for takeout. Food is decent.

The food compared to other locations always seems sub par. The service is always great, don't get me wrong, I just feel this location has some hurdles to over come in comparison to even the Moose Jaw location.

Great food, especially for fast food. I'd suggest getting some sambal oelek or garlic chili paste for an even more authentic experience. Still, fresh and seems healthy. For value for your money.

We went for take out and we got home and were missing part of our meals. I called, they did give me credit but didn't even get a "sorry".

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Food was ready quickly, and very tasty.

My rice was flooded in teriyaki sauce, it was pretty much a soup. After complaining the guy behind the counter got mad at me. The kimchi fireballs were cold.

The food is good the atmosphere is pretty basic nothing makes it stand out unlike the east location but they do host a board game night every Monday

Always a friendly and helpful service here. The guy at the counter was knowledgeable (I can't eat coconut and he knew right away which ones to avoid) and always offers service with a smile. Food is always great, too. Definitely recommend it if you're on the fence.

Would not recommend their Vietnamese Beef Pho soup. Beef was thinly sliced but it was BBQ'd first and a bit charred. Also, there was not much flavor in the broth. Great customer service though.

Our fave location. Cozy with booths and tvs. Good for kids. Yummy food choices including tofu & the famous Vietnamese ice coffe.

Tasty but a little pricey for what you get

I enjoyed my dinner at the Wok Box. The guy who took our order was really helpful and friendly and the food was delicious.

Worst war wonton soup ever- no flavor. We actually threw it out because it tasted so bad. The rest was decent tho.

I personally have never had a bad experience here. Food is always good. Staff is friendly. Seating area is cleaned up quickly. Bathrooms are clean. No issues.

The kitchen was dirty enough to discourage one of us from ordering, and when the other did order the woman who took the order and cooked it was clipping her nails less than 2 feet from the food the entire time it was being cooked. They remade the food but it was unappetizing to say the least.

Always done right at the south Albert Street location.

Good food Fast service. I go here often and have never had a bad experience.
